These terms govern your use of the AI Business Platform supplied by 720DegreeIT.
Software as a service that connects your WhatsApp Business Account to an
assistant that answers customer questions, takes bookings, issues and collects
signed agreements, and manages recurring collections.
The WhatsApp Business Account used with the Platform belongs to you.
From 1 October 2026 Meta charges for every outbound message, including
free-form replies inside the 24-hour customer service window. The Platform is
built to minimise message volume and shows your spend in the portal, but the
cost is yours.
Where you use the Platform to collect from your customers:
You may not use the Platform to send unsolicited marketing, to provide medical
diagnosis, legal advice or financial advice through automated replies, to
collect money without a valid mandate, to impersonate another business, or to
break any applicable law including POPIA, the Consumer Protection Act and the
Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The
Platform depends on third parties including Meta, payment providers and our
hosting provider, and outages in their systems will affect it.
Your data remains yours. You may request an export at any time. On termination
we retain it for 90 days so you can export it, then delete it, except where a
statutory retention period applies.
In this section, "our property" means: our website (www.720degreeit.co.za) and everything on it; the portal (app.720degreeit.co.za), the Android app and
the iPhone home-screen app; every add-on, such as Events, Invitations and the Leads board; every update, change, new feature, new version and new
add-on, whenever we create it, whether or not it exists today; their software, screens, designs, text, images, message templates, assistant
instructions, wording libraries, documentation and databases; and the names 720° BIZ ASSIST and 720DegreeIT and their logos.
Our property belongs to 720DegreeIT (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Anything we add or change later also belongs to us from the moment it is created,
without us having to update these terms. While your subscription is active you may use the portal and the apps for your own business. Visitors may read
the website for their own use. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our property to anyone. Your own data stays yours (section 7).
You may not, and may not let anyone else:
If you suggest an idea, a change or a feature, we may use it, and we own whatever we build from it, without payment or credit.
If you break this section we may suspend or end your access straight away, and we may apply to court for an interdict and claim our losses. Nothing here
stops you using the service to serve your own customers or exporting your own data.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including
under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies to you.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of
profit, loss of business or loss of data, and our total liability in any twelve
month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.
We are not liable for action taken by Meta against your WhatsApp account, for
failed or disputed collections, or for the content of messages the Platform
sends on your instruction.
You may cancel on 30 days' written notice. We may terminate on 30 days'
notice, or immediately for material breach or non-payment.
Governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. South African courts have
jurisdiction. We may update these terms on 30 days' notice.
